Day One In The Books!


Day 1 went pretty smooth.  I am happy to report that it was pretty easy.  I know it is just the beginning, but I am optimistic!

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, half an avocado, romaine lettuce, salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar and black coffee.

Lunch at work today.  Pork Loin, green salad, strawberries, grape tomatoes, almonds and a plum.  I had olive oil and balsamic vinegar as a dressing on my greens. Unsweetened sparkling water to drink.


Dinner was pork loin, green beans, tomato slices on romaine lettuce. I salt and peppered everything and used some avocado oil and balsamic vinegar to add flavor.
